2. Response to DMCA Takedown Notices
Once a valid DMCA notice is received, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the infringing material.
- Notify the user responsible for the content that we have removed or disabled access to it.
- Provide the infringing user with the option to submit a counter-notice, if applicable.
3. Filing a Counter-Notice
If you believe that your content was mistakenly removed or disabled, you may file a counter-notice. The counter-notice must include the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your area, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.
4. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Matewheels may terminate user accounts that are repeat infringers.
